About This Track

“Desert Song” was released on the CD that accompanies the Life on the Murder Scene DVD, along with several live tracks and another previously unreleased song, “Bury Me in Black”. MCR often played the song live during their tour in the spring of 2008; onstage Gerard Way said it was about being in a band, and was written to inspire their fans to try to start a band themselves.
